Desmond Fahey, CEO of Dublin Business Innovation Centre, Co-Fund Manager of the AIB Seed Capital Fund in welcoming this increase in the Fund size said "this will significantly help to accelerate the number of indigenous start-ups through equity investment and support them in developing international markets". As of today AIBSCF has made 24 investments in 20 companies totaling over €7 million.
